Octabin discharge station ES14

Problems with the emptying of octabins often cause interruptions in production due to a lack of material in the dryers and/or due to the injection molding machines coming to a halt as a result.

We now have a solution for this!

m-systems has newly developed the discharge station ES14 which guarantees trouble-free material discharge from octabins.

The ES14 tilts the octabin forwards in stages moving the remaining heap of material towards the suction lance. An adjustable vibration motor supports the flow of material.

A brand new developed telescope suction lance simplifies the use distinctly and is able to discharge the largest oktabins as the lance is telescopic. The lance tip is specially designed to avoid sucking in the octabin foil liner.
Our new octabin cover smart-TEX protects the granulate from contamination.

The machine is controlled automatically. Complex adjustment or programming is not required.
Installed safety systems and two different protective fences will protect employees from any potential danger.
The ES14 can discharge all pallets up to a size of 1200 mm x 1300 mm and can be loaded by a manual fork lift (pump truck) also.

Every ES14 can be connected to a another ES14 by using the m-systems 2 way granulate switch. That means if the first Station is discharged the system switched automatically to the second station.
A flashing light signaled the discharged octabin.

Safety

High protection fence for ES14

The scope of delivery contents a normal height height protection fence.
For special locations, e.g. on high frequency routes, m-systems also offers a 1.6m high protection fence.

Improvement

2 way pellet switch

With an optional available 2 way pellet switch there is the possibility to connect two stations. That means if the first octabin is discharged the system automatically switches to the second station to guarantee continuous material flow. If necessary you are able to switch from one station to the other by hand. No separate compressed air supply and power connection is necessary. A wall bracket is included.

Suction lance

A brand new developed telescope suction lance simplifies the use distinctly and is able to discharge the largest oktabins due to its telescopic design.
The lance tip is designed to avoid sucking in the octabin foil liner.
A special short suction lance is available for rooms with limited heights.
