The inexpensive smart-TEX cover 030-0 is our standard cover for protecting the contents of your pallet cages from dirt and dust.

• It is easy to install and remove thanks to a circumferential elastic band.
• Sewn-in plastic corners protect the cover from the sharp edges of the pallet cage.
• The cover can be perfectly tensioned with 2 Velcro strips and adjusted to the tolerances of the pallet cage.
• Our optionally available document pocket 044 (DIN A4) or 045 (DIN A5) can be attached to either a long or a short side and helps you to keep track of the contents of the mesh box.

If you store plastic granulate or other materials in mesh boxes and want to convey them using a suction lance, the smart-TEX cover 030-1 may be of interest to you.

• two large viewing windows make it easy to check the fill level
• the zipper for a suction lance is integrated between the viewing windows (the suction lance should be inserted from the front so that it can be supported by the pallet cage)
• Sewn-in plastic corners protect the cover from the sharp edges of the pallet cage with 2 Velcro strips, the cover can be perfectly tensioned and adjusted to the tolerances of the pallet cage

If you want to insert the suction lances from all sides, you should select cover 030-5.

• It is equipped with a large resealable opening that allows quick and easy access to the contents.
• An integrated magnetic strip at the end of the reclosable opening guarantees the best possible protection against the ingress of dirt or dust.
• Sewn-in plastic corners protect the cover from the sharp edges of the mesh box.
• 2 Velcro strips allow the cover to be perfectly tensioned and adjusted to the tolerances of the pallet cage.

Cover 030-3 is also intended for plastic granulate or other materials that are stored in mesh boxes and are to be conveyed using a suction lance.
It is similar to cover 030-1, but has an additional V-opening.

Our top model, the smart-TEX cover 030-5, is also designed for plastic granulate or other materials that are stored in mesh boxes and are to be conveyed using a suction lance.

It is suitable for all applications and cannot be beaten in terms of flexibility.
A supply air filter system can also be incorporated if required.
This may be necessary if the granulate is extracted at high speed, e.g. in extruders.

The zippers are arranged in such a way that the lances can be supported on the mesh box and the cover is not displaced by the lances.

• Up to 6 lances can be inserted from all sides.
• A large flap with 2 viewing windows enables refilling or quick access to the granulate.
• An integrated magnetic strip at the end of the flap guarantees the best possible protection against dirt or dust getting in.
